For users under 18, both platforms may require parental consent or impose additional privacy settings to ensure safety. It’s advisable for parents to be involved in the account creation process and to monitor their child’s online activity.

We reserve the right to verify credentials or deny access to users who misrepresent themselves.

It also provides terms for psychology students, social work students, behavioral health students, mental health students, and healthcare students. While it serves as a code of conduct for professionals and students, it also addresses users who are seeking advice or information for their own mental well-being and wellness.

By signing up for an eSocialConnect account or utilizing our Services, you agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with eSocialConnect, whether you are using third-party credentials or accessing our Services on behalf of a business. If you do not agree with this agreement (“Contract” or “User Agreement”), please refrain from creating an account or using our Services. Should you wish to end this Contract at any point, you can do so simply by closing your account and ceasing to access or use our Services.
